How often should I change the fuel filter?

In fact, fuel filters must be replaced every 30,000 kilometers during normal use.  If the fuel impurity content is large, the driving distance should be reduced accordingly.  But generally we recommend that every 20,000 kilometers to replace, the specific best time to replace the vehicle can refer to the instructions in the manual.  

Usually, the fuel filter is replaced when the car is undergoing major maintenance, and the air filter and oil filter are replaced at the same time.  But in reality, it can be extended appropriately according to the situation of the car engine, because the current gasoline production process is higher, from production to sales is relatively closed, gasoline is much cleaner, fuel filter blockage and less, and there is no problem with driving fifty-six million kilometers.  

When replacing the filter, do not choose the inferior fuel filter, because the filter material used by the inferior fuel filter is poor, not only the filter effect is poor, long time in the oil immersion, the filter itself will have the filter layer off, blocking the oil, resulting in insufficient fuel pressure, the vehicle can not start.  At the same time, it will also cause abnormal pressure of fuel system, which will directly lead to insufficient engine power or insufficient combustion, damage the three-way catalytic converter, oxygen sensor and other valuable components, resulting in huge economic losses.
