The role of fuel oil and air filters in internal combustion engines
Causes of engine wear:
1. Dust particles enter the engine through fuel and air intake.
2. The worn metal particles in the movement of engine parts enter the engine oil.
Residue (e. g. lampblack) from incomplete combustion.
4. Fiber, plastic box, rubber particles can block the oil circulation system.
Function of filter:
1. Separate wear particles
2. Separate impurities to prevent them from blocking the cycle
3. Separate water to prevent corrosion, freezing and damage to operating media and installations
4. Anti-wear protection of the operating surface of the moving parts of the engine
Filter paper for burning filter and machine filter
In general -- to keep costs down -- filter paper is made from resin-impregnated fibers, with filters with an average aperture of 7 to 45 microns and thickness of 0.36 to 0.9 mm, and then origami to improve filtration area and stability. The pore size of the dirty surface (upper surface) is larger than that of the clean surface (lower surface), and the funnel effect of the filter paper thus formed is conducive to the separation of particles through the production process of the filter paper (the wire surface of the filter paper).
Process the filter paper into pleated paper
The advantage of this shape is that in the grain direction can make the filter paper hard to ensure the fold space.
Processing of paper folding of filter element
The shape has a flat plate and a ring filter element. Glue or seal with a base at the bottom of the open fold to separate the entrance and the cleaning surface. Additional sealing may be required due to the base material.
